nda was founded in 1991.
Our mission
To focus on telling stakeholder stories, especially those of service recipients, to build strategy and good practice.
Our approach
Collaboration is at the heart of all our consultancy, training, coaching, and project management services. It is essential for the effective development, delivery and evolution of future plans.
It works at every level. It builds ownership of the goals and outcomes across your organisation. You grow stronger and more committed as individuals. The change you drive has greater depth, resilience and endurance. It’s key to the partnerships that you rely on.
We at nda work as partners alongside you, your service recipients, and often alongside your other partners to bring solutions together.
nda has helped many public service clients develop a forward-facing response to key changes in their remit. By placing your service recipients at the heart of your delivery, you forge productive new relationships with other players in your communities.
Our approach has generated well over 1,500 unique nda assignments, including many in the housing, criminal justice and health and social care sectors. Some have been providers, some commissioners, from across the statutory, voluntary and private sectors. For every one of them, we have delivered a bespoke solution based on culture, aims, aspirations and context.
